Here you will find our often-updated blog. This is where I share my personal fitness journey, and hopefully some motivation for all of you. We all train with a purpose and even if you cannot relate to mine, I hope it inspires you to find your own!

Every year, the same pattern repeats itself. January arrives, motivation is high, goals are written down, and gym attendance spikes overnight. New Year’s resolutions feel powerful — for a moment. Then life settles back in, routines slip, and by February most people are right back where they started.
Real change doesn’t happen because the calendar flips. It happens when you decide your habits matter now, not “starting Monday” or “after the holidays.” Waiting for the perfect time is one of the easiest ways to stay stuck. Progress is built on ordinary days, not symbolic ones.
The truth is, you don’t need a resolution — you need consistency. Small, repeatable actions done week after week will always outperform bursts of motivation. A few solid workouts, mindful eating most of the time, and commitment to your health even when enthusiasm fades — that’s how results are created.
If you can start building those habits before January, you give yourself a massive advantage. When others are scrambling to restart, you’re already in rhythm. The best time to change your life isn’t the New Year — it’s the moment you stop waiting for one.
Consistency during the holidays doesn’t mean saying no to every treat or spending hours in the gym. It means choosing to keep showing up in ways that fit your season. Maybe that’s shorter workouts, simplified meals, or staying active with family instead of skipping movement altogether. Small commitments add up — especially when the world around you is pulling you toward comfort and convenience.
This time of year isn’t an obstacle to your goals; it’s an opportunity. If you can navigate December with intention, you build the kind of discipline that carries you far beyond the holidays. When January hits, you won’t be starting over — you’ll be building on a foundation you refused to abandon.
Enjoy the season, make memories, and stay connected to the habits that make you feel strong. Your future self will be glad you did.
Happy Holidays! — let’s finish the year with purpose.
